DOES NOT TURN ON

If an electric stove doesn’t start, ensure the appliance is plugged in and if all circuit breakers are on. You should check the pilot light for gas models. If the appliance is plugged in and the pilot light is burning, it means another part will have to be repaired. The cause of the problem could be the infinite switch, surface element, burner igniter or broil and bake element.

OVEN WON’T HEAT

A stove or burner or oven that does not produce heat does not do much good. An oven doesn’t heat if there is a broken bake element or oven sensor. Your burner doesn’t heat if an element breaks or the burner switch or terminal block do not work. We are able to troubleshoot and repair these common problems in less than 1-2 hours after we arrive.

OVEN TEMPERATURE IS VERY HOT

You need a hot oven. Just not too hot! When the oven heat is out of control, it might be due to a broken thermostat or sensor. Our appliance repairmen are able to find the location of the issue and then repair it. But be careful if troubleshooting this issue for fear of skin burns from the very high and totally unpredictable heat.

IGNITER WON’T LIGHT

A reoccurring stove problem is that an igniter will glow but it won’t light. The cause is from either a broken {surface igniter, safety valve, electronic control|electronic control, surface igniter, safety valve|safety valve, electronic control, surface igniter| or temperature sensor. We determine if we are able to repair these parts or if we have to replace the part.

DOOR WON’T OPEN
